Living and creating on unceded Coast Salish lands, Marina is a multi disciplinary artist who focuses on printmaking and painting. Her work explores natural environments, its histories, and the interactions with the Capitalocene. By examining the imprints and marks we leave behind, she aims to foster a deeper understanding of our collective responsibility to the earth. Her recent printmaking practice utilizes discarded objects, natural materials, and collage, capturing the spaces between biotic beauty and industrial destruction. She holds a Fine Arts Diploma from Langara College and a BFA from Emily Carr University.
